Hard to find good barbeque in our area. I tried DOC's for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. Firstly the all wait staff were exceptional. The smoked wings appetizer was the highlight - served without sauce and incredibly flavorful. Five or six BBQ sauces are available at each table but I didn't care for the taste. Ordered the Brisket Platter as the main. Brisket was decent but it was served to me cold. It came with two sides for $15. Will give them another try at some point.
